A Curriculum for Excellence - Outcomes and Experiences
Curriculum for Excellence
Curriculum for Excellence
Scotland's new Curriculum for Excellence aims to create world class learning experiences for every child and young person from 3 to 18, preparing them for life in the 21st century.

Curriculum for Excellence aims to enable all pupils to develop their capacities as: successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors to society.

The new curriculum is equipping young people to meet the challenges of the 21st century. The experiences and outcomes are an essential component of this new curriculum. They signpost progression in learning and set challenging standards that will prepare learners well for the future.

Find out more information for parents on the Curriculum for Excellence at the parentzone from Learning and Teachng Scotland.
